Manage farms
Add a farm, choose your default farm, and turn a farm off.
- Owners only
Open My Business from the menu, then Farm.
Add a farm
- Tap the + button.
- Fill in the form and tap Save.
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Farm name | For example Greenland Farm. |
| Farm address | Where the farm is. |
| What do you keep? | The birds on this farm. If none of them lay eggs, Production is hidden for this farm. |
| Housing system | Cages, Deep litter or floor, Free range or Mixed. |
| Number of birds | Roughly how many birds the farm holds. |
| Status | Active farms take new records. |
| Comment | Anything else worth noting. |
Your plan sets how many farms you can have. See Plans.
Choose your default farm
Tap the farm's actions menu (three dots) and tap Set as default. The default farm is the one you are working on. You can also switch farms from the menu.
Turn a farm off
Edit the farm and set Status to Inactive. An inactive farm keeps its records but cannot take new ones until you turn it back on. Your default farm must stay active, so set another farm as default first.
Delete a farm
Tap Delete in the farm's actions menu and confirm. This cannot be undone. You cannot delete your default farm, or your only farm.
