Plans

Every business starts on the free plan, which covers your core flock records. Paid plans unlock more of the app and raise your limits.

What a paid plan can unlock

What each plan includes is set out in the app, under My Account, then Plans & Billing. It is the most up to date list. Depending on the plan, you get:

• More of the app: Sales, Customers, Expenses, Suppliers, Feed Inventory, Reports, User Accounts and Roles & Permissions, and the charts on the dashboard.
• Higher limits: more Farms, Flocks and Team members.
• Extra features: such as Treatment reminders, Custom treatment templates, Automated reports, Data export, more months of history and priority support.

Pages in this help centre marked Paid plan need a plan that includes them.

Locked items

Parts of the app your plan does not include show a lock in the menu. Tapping one tells you what it does, and owners can tap See plans to compare plans.

If you reach a limit, such as the number of active flocks, you see Plan limit reached. Close something you no longer use, or upgrade.

If you move to a plan without custom treatment templates, the templates you wrote are kept but Locked. See Locked templates.

Upgrade

Only the business owner can change the plan, from the PoultryTap mobile app. See Plans and billing.
