Plans and billing

See your plan and what you are using, and upgrade or restore a purchase.

Open My Account, then Plans & Billing.

What you see

Current plan: your plan and when it renews or ends.
Your usage: how many farms, flocks and team members you are using, against what your plan allows.
All plans: every plan side by side, with what each one includes. Switch between Monthly and Yearly prices.

Tap the Choose button for the plan you want and pay through your phone's app store. When it goes through, you see which plan you are now on.

If you paid on another phone, or reinstalled the app, tap Restore purchases.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your app store. Tap Manage subscriptions to go there.

Plans can only be changed in the PoultryTap mobile app, and only by the business owner. See Plans for what a paid plan unlocks.
