Read the dashboard
What each card and chart on the dashboard counts, and how to look at another month.
The dashboard always shows the farm you are working on. If it says Select a farm to see its dashboard, pick a farm first.
Choose a month
Tap Choose a month at the top to pick the month you want to see. Every card and chart below follows that month, so you can switch between months to compare them.
The cards
A card only shows when your plan includes that part of the app.
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Available birds | Live birds across your active flocks. The line under it says how many flocks that covers. |
| Died today | Birds recorded as died today. |
| Eggs today | Eggs recorded today. |
| Eggs | Eggs collected in the chosen month, with the number of trays. |
| Treatments this week | Treatments due in the next seven days. |
| Treatments | Treatments in the chosen month, with how many are still pending. |
| Customers owe you | Money still owed on your sales. |
| You owe suppliers | Money you still owe on your expenses. |
| Sales | Sales in the chosen month, with how many are still pending payment. |
| Expenses | Expenses in the chosen month, with how many are still pending payment. |
| Net profit | Sales minus expenses for the chosen month. |
| Active customers | Customers marked active, out of all your customers. |
The cards update every time you save a record.
The charts
Revenue vs expenses shows money in against money out, month by month, for the year. Sales shows your sales for the year.
Charts are available on paid plans. On the free plan you see You don't have an active subscription in their place. See Plans.
